Canada:
All orders in Canada are shipped via Canada Post within is 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you
once your order has been shipped where applicable. You can track your order with Canada Post at:
http://www.canadapost.ca.
Free Shipping anytime if you are shipping to Oakville, Burlington or Milton in Ontario. Your order will automatically be adjusted at the time of checkout, and your free
shipping discount applied.
Any order over $75 will be shipped to you for free, wherever you are in North America.
United States:
US customers can choose between Parcel Mail and Expedited Parcel. Parcel mail is a ground service with no tracking available. Expedited Parcel service
is a 6 to 12 business day service, with tracking. If you choose to ship Expedited Parcel, you will receive a tracking number by email when your order
has been shipped out, and you can track your order with Canada Post at:
http://www.canadapost.ca. If you choose to
ship Parcel Mail, the estimated time for delivery is also 6 to 12 business days, but please allow 2 to 3 weeks before inquiring about lost orders.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on the Canada Post shipping rates plus the cost of carefully packing your order. TeaFrog does not make a profit on shipping.
International Shipments
We ship only to the U.S. and Canada. Shipments are sent at customer's risk. We are not responsible for confiscated orders.
We do not ship some products internationally due to customs regulations and spoilage factors.
