I was going to actually email and thank you soon for the tea that we received. It was a christmas gift for my mom and she definitely enjoyed it! She's from Fiji so she is crazy about tea since she used to drink loose leaf tea when she used to live there. She's tried one tea so far, the spicy chai, and she will open up another bag soon. When we tried it, let me just say that it was the BEST tea she's ever had! She says the flavour combination reminded her of the tea she used to drink long ago when she was in Fiji. However with the variety of spices with your tea, she says its even better! I had some of the tea in fact and it is definitely the best tea I ever had! The anise that I tasted in it really makes it delicious and unique! Thank you very much for providing excellent tea Mike, this tea is like no other!"

"The product is lovely. I'm particularly fond of the price of each tin, especially considering the amount. Everything came packaged beautifully, and was of good quality. Your samples are amazing! The generous amounts of each sample were wonderful. I've never been able to share a sample pouch before, but there is easily enough for several cups of tea in each pouch. Also, the individually labeled pouches make finding each blend easy, plus they keep well. Markesh Mint is my favorite blend and has been for a long time, but your price cannot be beat. Thank you so much. I hope to be a return customer in the near future:)"

I am enjoying my teas very much! I would have to say that the bamboo shoot green tea is my favorite so far, but there are many close seconds. The Tulsi Harmony herbal is amazing! The aroma that comes wafting up when you pour the water over it is, for lack of better words, beautiful!It reminds me of an herbal tea that my grandmother use to make us...brings back great memories, but your tea tastes even better! I will certainly be ordering again once I finish my samples. The quality of the teas are the highest I've seen, and the prices are amazing, even the specialty teas! "I am new to the exploration of tea. I had been researching different tea companies on the Internet when I happened upon Teafrog.com. I found the site to be the most informative and I was impressed with both the selection and that I could get small samples of most of the teas for just .75 cents (CAD). That is cheaper than a cup of tea!
I have been blown away by both the quality of the tea and the customer service. Mike has been a wealth of information, has made great suggestions, and really cares about making sure that anyone purchasing the teas gets the best out of the tea, and has a great experience. "I was referred to you by another mom in Milton. I was looking for a very specific type of green tea and to my amazement, you had it. Not only did you have it, you called me early the next morning after receiving my email order and you delivered it to me, free of charge, before noon, the same day. I was in shock. Your customer service is outstanding. And, the best part, the tea is unbelievably good. You also gave me a free sample of a tea of my selection, that was really generous. There is enough to make 10 cups. I will never buy my loose leaf tea from anyone else. I wish you much success, you deserve it."

"I purchased 15 samples of your teas along with a 1/2 pound of coffee and after trying the coffee and a few of the teas I needed to send my compliments on your tea and coffee.
My wife and I both tried the coffee when we got home and it was an instant hit. With both had a few of the teas (starting with the chocolate and cream and the blueberry black teas) and they were very good. The aroma was wonderful.
Once we run low we will be sure to be repeat customers."
